What to load in a new Mac?

I just got a new Macbook Pro I7 (that's an Intel Core I7 for you) and it's fully loaded with Macsoftware (snowleopard for the OS X). But usually you have to load it up with other software and here's my partial list of essential mac software to load on a new mac:

1. Flash (if you use Chrome as a browser, you don't need it as Chrome says : "Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available. ").

2. Evernote

3. Name Mangler - Used to mass rename files in Mac OS X. http://manytricks.com/namemangler/  If you're a windows user, how do you mass rename files?

4. UTorrent

5. Opera

6. Chrome Browser

7. Overnight, you should activate the Software Update. Keep the mac on and plugged in.  My first download from the Apple Software Update is 2 hours for a 1.5GB update file. This is basically newer versions of your Snow Leopard and any already installed Apple software.  Do this monthly for keep files updated and security tight.

8. There's no such thing as Internet Explorer for the Mac in 2010.

9. Adium. This is a chat program that helps you chat with every chat system like AOL or Yahoo Messenger. There's no version for Windows for this. Sorry.

10. Wally. The wallpaper changer.

11. Import all bookmarks from other machines.

12. Google Earth (optional)

13. Picasa for Mac (if you like making Face Movies)

What Apple Ipod Pinoy Evangelist is all about

What Apple Ipod Pinoy Evangelist is all about.  For more than 15 years I've used Windows. But for the last three years, I've replaced all machines with Macs and Ipods. This is the story of why you should stop using any other device and program but what Apple creates (or any Apple-like company), if you value your time and you value beauty.
